The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Delft, near the E13/A19 motorway (between The Hague and Rotterdam). It is about 8 minutes by bus to the city centre and about 10 minutes to Delft Centraal (train) station.

Next to Delft Ikea. Bus 80 and 82 go into the direction of the city centre/railway station which means 4 times per hour through the day but less in the evening and in the weekend (timetable is to have at the reception). Possible to hire bicycle. The hotel borders on a large park and has its free parking. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the property. There is a fitness centre & sauna that it is free of charge.

The lobby of the hotel is large with an attractive, extensive seating areas and an impressive fireplace with Delft Blue tiles. There is a bar with further seating adjoining it. Furniture changes every year following Ikea's trends, they take them from the high range.

The restaurant is on the ground floor large size, decorated in modern style & lost of light coming through the windows. the restaurant faces a heated terrace.

Rooms are large, on average. All bathrooms are in very good condition. All rooms are decorated in Ikea furniture as they are the owners of this hotel. Nicely decorated & furnitire gets changed every year depending on the trend. All rooms surround & overlooking open atrium.
