Located in the Karol Bagh area of New Delhi, approximately 3 kilometres from both the famous shopping area of Connaught Place, as well as the international exhibition center, Pragati Madiens.

The rooms are in good condition and quite comfortable, even considering the hotel is classified as a budget property. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature satellite television, private bath, hairdryer and refrigerator. Executive rooms are larger in size than standard rooms and have tea/coffee-making facilities. All rooms are now WiFi enabled.
