The hotel is situated in 220 acres of rolling countryside on the borders of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, one of England's most central locations, and offers guests the choice of 110 comfortable bedrooms and suites, many of which have wonderful vistas over the surrounding countryside as far as the eye can see.

The building is imposing, and very attractive.

The Lakes restaurant overlooks the Holywell Lake and golf course awarded a rosette by the AA and 2 RAC dinning awards. It offers a wide selection of seasonal dishes in a most pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, alternatively the Terrace Bar and Bistro offers a more informal dining experience.
