The Blue Pearl hotel is part of the Ubungo Plaza and is close to the city's main bus terminal and the popular Millimani shopping centre. It is also just a 10 minute drive from the city centre and 15 minutes from Dar Es Salaam international airport

These are one bed apartments are spacious with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. 3* standard with satellite TV, internet, air-con, minibar and a kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities.

There is a good size restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a cafe which is open 24 hours a day.

A tall multistory modern building painted beige and white.

The lobby is very big and has the cafeteria and plenty of seating for guests checking in.

The hotel has a rooftop small swimming pool with sun loungers and tables and chairs for guests to relax in. There is also small gymnasium which guests can use free of charge. The hotel has impressive conference facilities and on the ground floor there are retail shops.
