Minimum Age for Guestroom Occupancy Requirement: Each guestroom requires all occupants to be a minimum age of 21 years. Guest under the above age requirement that wish to reside at hotel must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid government issued photo identification will be required as proof of age.

Lobby faces Atlantic Avenue, open 24 hours to welcome guests. Two small seating areas are present for small families to gather and socialize. ATM and postage machine available, along with the daily activities and brochure rack for local attraction, restaurants and shops.

Large, 10 story L-shaped building with open free parking. Guestrooms all have private balconies offering either a partial oceanview or are situated direct oceanfront. The exterior was painted in 2006.

Renovated in 2006, Fresh & Bright Decor – vibrant colors with cherry wood furnishings. Guestroom offers a partial view of both the ocean and city enjoyable from a private balcony.
