The hotel is located on twelve acres of landscaped gardens facing the historic Galle Face Green with a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean. The hotel is just 34 kms from the airport.

All of the rooms are a good size and in excellent condition with mini bar, telephone, satellite TV, 24 hour room service and laundry service. Many of the rooms have sea facing balconies.

The lobby is large in size, with ample guest seating in the lobby bar. A small shopping arcade is located off the lobby and the main restaurant (coffee shop) is located just past guest services.
