The hotel is one of the Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbour Hotels, which provides free shuttle bus services to and from Tokyo Disney Resorts. Other facilities include a resort-style outdoor pool with outside party facilities, open air jacuzzi, and even a pet hotel. (04/08 YT)

The lobby is medium in size, and well-decorated with elegant furniture and marble floor.

The hotel is very modern, and housed in two high-rise octagonal towers.

There are 8 restaurants with various cuisines. Every restaurant is decorated and themed accordingly. Cuisine ranges from sushi in 'Senbazuru' and luxurious Japanese teppanyaki in 'Keyaki' to casual grill in 'Sky Barbeque.'
rooms
The rooms are medium and vary in size and kept in good condition. The bathrooms are clean and in very good condition.
location
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station, and Makuhari Messe Convention Center. It is a 10 minute walk to Chiba Marine Stadium, and to the nearest beach, and 30 minutes by car or train to Tokyo Disneyland.
