locationThe hotel is situated in the centre of the high street in the village of Chipping Campden, and right at the start of the famous Cotswold Way. The town itself is easily accessible from all parts of England, and within easy reach of major motorway networks: M5 & M40.
generalWith a wonderful contract of the past and present, this is an excellent property ideally located for visiting the Cotswolds. An additional plus is that it's two for the price of one: as a guest at Noel Arms you can enjoy the facilities of it's sister hotel the Cotswold House with it's award winning Restaurant, contemporary bar and beautiful townhouse gardens. lobbyThe lobby is small in size and is decorated in a traditional style. Around the hotel, many reminders of the past can be found, such as fine antique furniture, including a grandfather clock, swords and shields.
exteriorThis is a historic sixteenth-century coaching inn made of yellow Cotswold stone.
restaurantYou can either absorb the atmosphere of the historic Dover's Bar (named after Dover's Hill, the site of the famous Cotswold Olympicks) with its cosy fire, bar menu and tasty local ales, or dine in the elegant Restaurant, with a menu that specialises in British and Continental dishes, homemade wherever possible and sourced from producers and superb produce exclusive to the Cotswolds.
roomsThe 26 en suite rooms are medium in size, and in keeping with the distinctive character of the hotel are traditionally decorated. They are all are kept in very good condition and the 4 Poster rooms with seventeenth-century carved beds are fabulous. The bathrooms are also medium in size, in good condition and most come with bath and shower.
