lobbyThere is a motor lobby on the ground floor inside the main entrance, where our guest services staff will assist guests with their luggage. After taking the elevator from the motor lobby, guests will arrive on the 5th floor where our check in lobby is located.
exteriorThe main entrance is on 108 East Superior Street with the west side of the hotel facing North Michigan Avenue. A brand new hotel built and opened in June 2001.
