restaurantWorld-renowned Chef Charlie Trotter is overseeing the entire food and beverage program for the Elysian. Chef Trotter is creating two distinct dining experiences, including an all-day restaurant and a dinner-only fine dining restaurant for the Elysian Chicago. In addition, Chef Trotter will develop the in-suite dining program and also oversee all banquet and catering functions at the hotel. The all-day dining restaurant will adopt the philosophy of Chef Charlie Trotter , specifically clean, light, pure cuisine. This restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, mid-day and light dinner / late night cuisine. The signature, dinner-only restaurant will have a seafood focus. There will be a strong concentration on the use of organic ingredients, small artisan farmed products and inherently healthy cuisine. Bernard's Bar will have the atmosphere of a private club with leather banquette and warm woods. An array of premium cocktails, ports and creative libations will be featured as well as light fare.
