Amara Chengdu is located in the center of the city, about 1KM from central business area. The building stands on the corner of cross streets.

The 232 rooms of the hotel are large on average, simply decorated with modern furnitures. All facilities are up to the standard of a first class hotel.

The Cafe Oriental is on the ground floor, which exudes an old warm charm reminiscent of "kopi tiams" of Singapore in 1950s. Restaurant Xin Ya is located on the third floor, featuring from exquisite Sichuan cuisine to the Oriental menus.

The hotel retains a distinctive modern and chic styling, yet also merges elements of traditional Balinese architecture into its overall look.
