In the centre of the city, close to all the main restaurants, shopping and bar areas. Also close to the Botanical Gardens and the Arts Centre.

All the studio rooms are brand new and very nicely furnished in pale colours. The bedding is 1 queen bed for one or two guests only, no extra beds are possible. Some rooms have balconies. All bathrooms are shower only. There are some basic kitchen facilities.
