A white four storey late 1980's building. The property also has pleasant landscaped gardens and lawns with a BBQ area.

There is a breakfast service within the property but no lunch or dinner. There are a number of local restaurants offering charge back facility.

Central Christchurch on Cranmer Square. A ten minute stroll to the city's cathedral square and five minutes to Hagley Park.
