Josefina's Seafood and Grill-dine by the poolside on a veranda that hangs on the slopes of Carmen Hill. Relish a sumptuous array of grilled seafood and barbecued dishes. Open daily from 5pm to 12mn. Compadres Bar-Relax at the bar with light refreshments and exotic cocktails, daily from 8am to 1am. Night-time entertainment by live piano music starts at 8pm. Japanese Corner-Savour the most tempting Japanses classics like sushi, sashimi and tempura. Open Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 1am.
