The hotel is situated near the centre of Cannes on the northern boulevard leading to the town centre.

Some rooms are decorated in provencal style with walls painted yellow and bright fabrics for curtains and bedspreads, and some rooms are decorated in a more contemporary style. They are of medium size and in good condition. The bathrooms are small and in very good condition.
restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor in a large wintergarden overlooking the hotel's garden and swimming pool.
exterior
It is a modern building.
lobby
The lobby is bright and of medium size. The reception desk is to the right of the entrance and there is a small cosy sitting area to the left of the entrance. Behind the sitting area is the bar.
