The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30 to 10:30), lunch (12:30 to 14:00) and dinner (19:00 to 21:30), all buffet style, served in either El Arrecife (International) or Pane Y Olio (Italian) restaurant. Dinner is also available at the Viva Zapata A la Carte restaurant (Mexican cuisine). During meals soft drinks, juice (orange, lemon, pineapple, etc), wine and cocktails are being offered. Local drinks such as whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served at the bars (one beach bar and a pool bar) between 10:00 to 23:00 and in the restaurants during the dining hours.
