The building is located on a quiet street in the heart of lively Montserrat considered the first neighborhood in the city. It stands out for a strong presence of the Spanish community and for it huge variety of landmarks and historical sites. On it coexist the oldest restaurant in the city, "El Imparcial " (1860) with Starbucks.
