The hotel is located in a downtown area, near San Martin Square, in the commercial area of the city with its famous Santa Fe Ave., near the pedestrian Florida street.

All rooms are basically furnished and carpeted throughout, with whitewashed walls, and come equipped with A/C and cable TV. Some bathrooms have been recently renovated and are in good condition.

The hotel does not have a restaurant but a cafeteria where breakfast is served. This is located towards rear of the building past the reception area.

Traditional facade which fits in nicely with the rest of buildings in the area.

A medium sized and spaciouslobby, with a bright seating area, and with seating areas immediately to the right of the entrance.
