The lobby is small and modern. It incorporates a small seating area with a light wood reception desk with green flora strategically placed adding to the decor.

Situated on the seventh floor.

All are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms. Rooms are basic but contain all necessities and services expected of a hotel of this category. They are modern throughout.

Situated on Buenos Aires most important street, the Avenue 9th July on which stands the Obelisco which is short walk from the hotel.
