Most of the rooms are medium in size and in good condition, and so are the bathrooms.

The hotel is located at the Northern Sector, adjacent to the city's main business and banking districts. There is easy access to all government ministries and Three Powers Square (Praca dos Tres Poderes), from which the Executive Legislative and Judicial branches operate.
