The hotel boasts two seperate restaurants with one 'la rondine' specializing in Italian cuisine. There is also a lobby piano bar area for drinks and snacks and located in the casino is another large restaurant and a tea room.

The hotel has 306 rooms all of which are modern in decor and many of which with views over the mountain and the nahuel huapi lake. Room service is 24 hours.
location
Situated very close to the centre of san carlos de bariloche, close to all the main shopping area of the town. Many of the rooms have stunning views over the nahuel huapi lake and the mountains.
