THIS HOTEL IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Features include safety deposit boxes,lobby ATM and multi-lingual concierge services available on the first floor lobby. An on-site business centre and in-house audiovisual services provide convention groups and guests with added convenience. The hotel's gift and sundries shop includes a newsstand and offers a range of gifts from Boston shirts to chocolates. There is a sports club located on the property with an indoor/outdoor hotel pool complete with an overhead retractable glass ceiling dome which allows guests to sunbathe outdoors during warm weather. There is a casual snack menu offered at the pool side/sun deck. The two towers are in a contemporary 1960s design. Nestled behind the Prudential Center, the hotel is very visible in the Boston Skyline.
