The hotel is located between New Petchburi and Rama 9 Roads, with the nearest subway at Petchburi station. Only a short 20-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Recently renovated, the rooms are large with stylish, modern decor and comfortably furnished. Rooms have sofa and working table. Rooms are located on 6th - 12nd floor. All rooms have hi-speed Internet access at an additional charge. The bathroom is in good condition.

The hotel has one restaurant which offers a range of Thai and international cuisines. The hotel also has a bakery which is open 24 hours a day, plus a piano lounge next to the lobby.

The exterior of the property is modelled after an ocean liner and, like its sister property in Pattaya, is widely admired.
