The hotel stands between the districts Bistrita and Suceava at 1116 m altitude, near the National Highway nr 17 where Transalvania with Bucovina meet.
rooms
The rooms are each uniquely designed. The decor is simple yet effective. Traditional wooden furniture and wooden panelling is the main feature of the bedrooms. All rooms have strong character and very well kept. Bathrooms are not shown.
restaurant
The restaurant keeping it up with the style of the hotel offers a nice ambiance. There is plenty of paintings hang on the walls and as in the rest of the hotel black chandelliers and wooden panelling all this create a feeling of comfort and tradition. Cuisine is varied but mainly Romanian.
exterior
Hotels is inaugurated in 1983 and is built in medieval style.It is the only castel-hotel in Romania built up with a tower and inside court.It is the only hotel in the World in the theme of Dracula, the famous vampire.
lobby
The lobby is airy and quite large and is situated on the first floor. Wooden panelling is placed throuhout the lobby.
general
It is an enchanting venue as it feels it takes one back in time. The only hotel with a cemetry in front of it thus keeping up the Dracula theme. WS0306
