generalOriginally a small Bed and Breakfast offering limited accomodation, the premises was completely refurbished and upgraded over a period of 18 months reopening in April 2000 as a 4 star Townhouse Hotel. The Hotel has a 24 hour residential licence. An Internet desk is also available in the lounge for guests use during their stay. The hotel also has a number of private parking spaces as well as access to parking permits. Given the hotels proximity to the rail and bus stations and its own central location and size of the city there is minimal need for a car during your stay. (07/06IT)
lobbyThere is no lobby as such, all guests are welcomed and registered in the lounge
exteriorThe Hotel occupies a grade 1 listed building in Great Pulteney Street, reputed to be one of the finest Georgian Boulevards in Europe.
restaurantThis is a unique small Japanese Restaurant with six tables and seats a maximum of 24 people. Your food will be cooked at your table by one of the Japanese Waitresses or for the more adventerous, after a brief explanation, you can cook for yourself. Reservations are recommended.
roomsThe Hotel has 14 uniquely styled and furnished bedrooms which were completely refurbished in 2000. All rooms are fully ensuite and all are non smoking. Each room has separate Broadband (ADSL) access, Sky news, CNN and 10 additional channels. Direct dial telephone, hairdryers and Shaver points are available in each room. Coffee and Tea are complimentary throughout your stay and can be served in your room or in the lounge.
