This is a nice, family-friendly hotel with a perfect location offering good value for money. (DB 10/08)

The reception area is quite small, but pleasant, leading onto a lounge with seating area, where light snacks are served throughout the day
exterior
The building is an example of typical Georgian architecture.
restaurant
The restaurant is light, airy and very pleasant. It is decorated in pastel colours.
rooms
The bedrooms are medium in size. Some have a view over the gardens at the rear of the hotel. All rooms are clean and comfortable although some have been refurbished more recently than others. All rooms are en suite and have full facilities including colour television, phone, tea/coffee making facilities etc.
location
The hotel is situated in the city centre and has a perfect position opposite the Abbey.
