The hotel is located on the Festival Leisure Park set in its own grounds overlooking the picturesque garden and fishing lake, 40 minutes from Stansted Airport and 8 miles from Junction 29 of the M25.

The rooms are medium in size - on average - and decorated with light wooden furniture and pastel colours. All rooms are in good condition.

The Junction Restaurant on the 1st floor serves buffet style breakfast/buffet style lunch and a la carte dinner. Additional to this is the contemporary Lounge Bar in the centre of the hotel lounge area with views to the patio area, garden & lake. Lounge bar serving beverages, and lounge menu available.
