generalThe hotel combines a very elegant atmosphere with a friendly service. It is a hotel of a high standard and is one of the best in the city, although parts of it could do with some renovation. ME 10/08
lobbyThe very large, marble style lobby has ample seating and a high ceiling. The reception is to the right and some comfortable seating in the centre, which is accompanied by a pianist in the afternoons, creating a very relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
exteriorFrom this white 14-storey venue guests can enjoy fabulous views of Bahrain.
restaurantThe hotel has a jazz club which is the only one of its kind in the Gulf dedicated entirely to jazz music. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant which features a top entertainment show. The main restaurant is open 24 hours a day. In addition, the hotel has an Italian restaurant, a lounge on the rooftop, a cafe and an Irish pub/restaurant.
roomsAll the large rooms offer scenic views and are elegantly furbished. Rooms are in fair condition and seem a little dated.
locationSituated in the prestigious diplomatic area of Manama, this strategic location makes the perfect base for both business and leisure seekers. The hotel enjoys close proximity to the heart of the commercial and shopping centres of Bahrain.
