These rooms offer modern comfort and Victorian elegance, decorated in warm colors ensuring a relaxed and welcome feel The Standard Rooms have an elegant touch with high quality furnishings and carpets, dark wood wall panels and large picture windows. The rooms contain either one king sized bed or two queen sized beds and have a writing desk with internet connection, a large sofa and an additional armchair and coffee table. All rooms have views of either the Arabian Gulf or the garden city.
restaurant
The hotel offers three restaurants: a Mediterranean restaurant, Moroccan restaurant and a restaurant serving International cuisine. Furthermore there's a cigar and champagne bar with an exclusive club feel.
exterior
It's an impressive, modern, silver high-rise building. It has superb views to the sea on one side and views over the municipal gardens/parks on the other. The swimming pool terrace overlooks the Abu Dhabi skyline.
lobby
The lobby is large and elegantly decorated in a classical style with a large chandelier in the middle. The beautiful marble floor has a large star/sun pattern on it in different earthy and gold colours. There's a lobby lounge with sofas, casual seating and a piano. This is possibly the most visually attractive and luxurious lobby in the city.
general
More services and facilities include a gym, outdoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms for men and women, meeting and events facilities and a business centre with a private office. This is a well located and very well appointed hotel and comes highly recommended. TM 02.09
