The resort hotel is located in the centre of Prince Resort Karuizawa, 2 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes by walk from South Exit of JR Karuizawa station where bullet train (Nagano Shinkansen) stops at. It takes about 60 minutes by bullet train from Tokyo. Karuizawa Shopping Plaza East is next to the hotel within walking distance.

All rooms are large in simple decor with view of green forest. All are equipped with a television set (local language program only), in-room safety box, and tea set. Bathroom is medium but in good condition with high quality bath amenities.
