**IMPORTANT ** from 06.02.12 due to local regulations, the access to Parador and the old town is going to be resticted. It means guests are not allowed to park in the square situated in front of the Parador. There is a car park at the entrance os Arcos, about 10 minutes walk away from the Parador.

The Natural Park of the Sierra de Grazalema is ideal for long walks and other activities. there are also golf courses near the parador. 1208AB

The flowery tiles of the lobby brighten up the wooden furniture and the ochre terracotta floors.
exterior
The type of building where this parador is housed is traditional and singular due to its round shape structure. The building merges with the rest of the town featuring the typical Andalucian style. Inside the typical Andalusian courtyard is joined by traditional decorative elements such as latticework and ceramic tiles.
restaurant
The restaurant is a large room with wide windows overlooking the river. It features wooden beams, white arches, typical lanterns, solid wooden chairs and tables covered by white tablecloths. In a friendly atmosphere the restaurant offers the characteristic dishes of the Sierra region, the fish dish urta rote a, bull's tail or the tempting sampling menu with eleven dishes to savour. To accompany the meals, wines of Arcos are recommended.
rooms
The ample rooms are decorated in Andalusian style, some even have a tiled stone-seat. Some rooms have a terrace with views to the river and the rest to the main square or the town church. All of them are fully equipped including full bathroom.
location
Located on the banks of the Guadalete, this parador, formerly the Casa del Correidor, has an impressive panoramic view of the fertile plain of the river and of the old part of Arcos de la Frontera.
