Each Naples vacation home boasts a spacious indoor and outdoor living area with premium cable TV and DVD-player provided, and for your online social networking, email, or for the workaholics in the party, high-speed internet is available. All Naples properties are subject to a $100 rental application fee which is a mandatory Home Association Requirement. This fee must be paid by guest locally to property., Electric Pool Heat $140 per week ; BBQ $50 per week ; Cot/Roll Away/High Chairs $50 each per week are extras and must be paid locally by guest to property directly., For 7 night stays final cleaning fee is included in rate., For stays of less than 7 nights an additional $150 plus applicable taxes cleaning fee will be added.
