locationThis hotel is located close to the centre of Amsterdam and just off the highway A10 which has good connections by car to the airport it is reachable within 20 minutes - and to the city centre with tram #2 which takes you to the centre of town within 10 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport from this hotel but it is not free of charge.
roomsThe standard rooms offer basic accommodation but are all being upgraded to offer more up do date 3 star accommodation, with new and brighter furntiure and fittings and LCD televisions etc. The bathrooms are in good condition and offer shower only
generalThis is a good property located in a quieter part of Amsterdam but still within easy reach of all tourist attractions, Central Station, and the airport, and it comes highly recommended. 07/2008/JG
lobbyThe lobby is large with ample seating and with a lovely, welcoming terrace where, in the summer months, guests can have a bite to eat or a drink. It was also given a facelift in 2007 and offers a more modern look with modern and welcoming seating and a much more attractive entrance.
exteriorThis is a modern, building with no special features.
restaurantThere is a very large restaurant which was also renovated in 2007 and offers a more modern outlook. This is located on the ground floor and currently serves a large hot buffet breakfast only although adjacent to this is a bar area offering drinks and a pool table. In the modernized hotel lobby there is a small cafe serving light snacks and, weather permitting, guests can sit in the small garden at the front of the hotel.
