The breakfast room boasts an old style atmosphere with typical Dutch style tiled floor and tall dark wooden wall panelling. The bar is kept in the same style and is connected to the lobby.

Both guestrooms and bathrooms vary in size and colour schemes, but they are nothing fancy and are in very basic condition.
location
This hotel is situated by the Overtoom which, although not in the heart of the city, is a 20 minute walk to the Leidseplein or a 5 minute tram ride away (tram 1 and tram 17 goes to Central Station in about 15 minutes). The Overtoom itself has numerous restaurants, shops and bars which are popular with the locals and is a short walk from the famous Vondel park.
