In a neighborhood just 100m from the beach of Ammoudara, Nikolas Apartments is perfectly located about 10 minutes from Heraklion.

The medium sized rooms are basic and comfortable, air conditioned and equipped with a fridge and kitchenette. They have balconies overlooking the garden and the sea in the distance.

There's no restaurant as this is a self-catering option.
exterior
It comprises of 2 apartment buildings, painted in white, blue and deep orange colours. The pool area is surrounded by plants and trees and is the focal point of the hotel.

The lobby is at the edge of the pool.
general
This is a fantastic family run property, the kind of genuine place where the owner welcomes you as a host in their own house rather than accommodating you. The sea and Heraklion are ever so near (07/08 EP)
