roomsSoldoiro Apartaments have 90 apartments with personalized and mediterranean decoration, remodel in 2010, are divided in 24 T0 (Studios); 59 T1 (One bedroom); 6 T2 (Two bedrooms) and 1 T3 (Three Bedrooms). About 85% of the apartments are facing South with full or parcial Sea View. All the apartments have individual beds but on the Studios and the living rooms of T1, T2 and T3 have individual beds or sofa beds. All apartments have individual Air-conditioned, Balcony or Terrace; Satelite Tv, Fully equipped Kitchenette; Rental Safe; Laundry Service, Direct Telephone, Car rental, Excursions and Cruises, Paintball, Training Trails, Fax, e-mail, Photocopy, Business Center, etc. Cleaning as well the change of towels are every 3 days and change of sheets every 7 days. generalThis property provides a good choice of amenities in both apartments and the property itself, such as games room and outdoor swimming pool with a snack bar opened during the summer plus a Turkish bath. The complex is ideally located near the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The 'old' town is within walking distance. During winter months - November until March - the reception will function between 9am to 6pm, however there is a intercom connect to a direct phone for the caretaker if needed to be reached outside these hours.
