This property is located on the quiet and sandy beach of Ammoudara (Blue Flag awarded), 3 km from Agios Nikolaos. There are shops and tavernas in this village as well as a regular local bus service to the centre of Agios Nikolaos and other destinations (towns, archaeological sites etc.)

Rooms are all studio style and equipped with a kitchenette, but breakfast and dinner is included. They are of a good size and tastefully decorated in a simple style. Facilities include: air conditioning/ heating, colour TV and radio, direct dial phone, kitchenette with refrigerator, safety deposit box, double-glazed windows.

The restaurant has both in and outdoor seating and offers a selection of local Cretan dishes as well as familiar international ones.
