The hotel is located in the tourist area, a few kilometres from the city centre. The beach is only 200m from the hotel (currently closed due to public works).

The rooms are decorated in a modern style and all are equipped with individual climate control, hairdryer, mini-bar, safety deposit box, direct dial telephone and satellite television. They are all a good size.

The hotel offers a very wide range of restaurants: Moroccan cuisine, international, Mediterranean, Italian, and a choice of snacks.

The building is quite attractive and looks like a palace.

The lobby is very spacious and is decorated with luxurious ornaments.
